Is Middleton (LSU library) the worst library in the SEC?

On most college campuses, the library is usually the pinnacle of the campus. That’s one of the first places prospective students are taken in a tour of campus. I have never seen a tour group go into Middleton. The place is outdated, and if I’m being honest, nasty as frick. Does LSU have the worst library in the SEC? And why haven’t they just renovated or built a new one yet?

Undergrad at MSU, Grad at LSU here. Mississippi State's library is on a different planet than Middleton. And that was before they were designated a Presidential Library. There are two things that MSU is better than LSU in. Libraries and growing grass.
