Great weather

I'm no Florida hater, but are you serious? Central Florida has great weather? San Diego has great weather... Not Orlando.

It’s 67 degrees in Orlando right now. It gets hot in the summer just like the entirety of the southeast

Our last trip to Disney World was in early November 2019. The high was over 93 degrees for 5 of the 7 days. A guy in Epcot had a heat stroke... In November! You live there despite the weather, not because of it, baw.

Wonder why there's almost no nice lake-front property over there?

Because if you have the money, you buy beachfront property instead.

Grew up spending my summers fishing Blue Cypress right up the road with my grandparents. Good memories.

Toledo bend is pretty decent. But that’s mainly due to half of it being in Texas.

Have you ever been around Iatt Lake?

I spent a year in Colfax. I couldn’t ever wrap around my head why people were paying crap loads of money to live on the lakefront there when you could barely see the water.

I've heard that Miracle Village is really the crown jewel of that area. Good folks there.
