I am fine with anything that will let me work 40 hours a week so I have time for hobbies and family. And pays $80-100k in a small town

A part time job won’t pay for any living expenses, food, etc. it will probably just cover my tuition

How to date an older girl?

I'm in my early 20s and basically I've had two FWB relationships with girls that are 4-5 years older and they both ended things after a while because I am too young. I am too young to date but not too young to hook up with, evidently.

So how do I convince one of them to date me? Not necessarily one of them, but the next 25, 26 year old I hook up with?

This is a great career. Stay the community college route and find an appraiser to apprentice with. Once you get your certifications and established, go out on your own. I have two friends that did this and they both do very well for themselves.

What jobs start at $80-100K and don’t get you into $80-100K in debt?

Got a engineering degree with no debt (thankfully parents lived near the university). My mid-late 20s with a great job and no debt is far better than my college days. I'm living it up right now with a great group of friends who are all in debt.

You might need to adjust your expectations.

Everything I listed is capable of that through advancement. I’m talking about pays 100k by the time I’m 30-35. Also going to live in the city in my 20s probably until I get married

that option?
The reality is the meaningless flings and parties that you attend and participate in to have the "college experience" are probably not worth being 40-60k in debt when you graduate with a Bachelor's that may/may not guarantee you have a job.

40 is probably the top end, but if you need to take out a little money to be able to have a good college experience, it's worth it, if you major in something like accounting, finance, engineering, etc.

I could have gotten money back to go to the small schools in Louisiana, but chose to go to LSU where everything was more expensive. Totally worth it.

If you think you may go to law school, for the love of god don't take out undergrad loans.

So 1000 matches? Yet you need the internet for advice, and ask how to convince girls to date you?

By your own admission you’re a good looking guy with zero game. That’s not something to brag about.

I was making $80k two years removed from school with an engineering degree, so it's possible.

I am 22 and asked for advice on making a 27 year old girl I was hooking up with my girlfriend (in hindsight thank God I didn’t)

I don’t see how that correlates here, but alright...

I could attend the local university and keep my student loans to a minimum or go off and live the college experience, bang hotter girls, probably make better connections (although not in my city) but I would probably rack up at least 10,000 a year in debt, and that’s assuming I found time to have a job.

I'm not sure how much tuition is, but I waited tables/bartended in college and was able to graduate with an engineering degree in 5 years, little debt, and party. Look it wasn't easy, but it wasn't that hard either. I had a shitty apartment that was like 3-400/month with roommates and ate cheap food. Service industry lets you work nights and make good money.

I am 22 and pretty much exclusively party with 24-26 year olds. I have been hanging out with younger girls lately and it is honestly more fun. I’m starting to think I missed out and think it would be a good idea to go to a college town or a more fun university to finish my last 2 years. My friend has been telling me that it’s worth it... but he is also a med student in a ridiculous ton of debt

We don’t know you, so we can’t give real advice. People here will say to major in something like engineering, and that’s a great piece of advice for someone with the ability, but where are you academically?

My childhood best friend saw the red sports car our orthodontist drove when we were kids and proclaimed she was going to be an orthodontist. Her parents 100% encouraged it throughout her life, and even pushed for it. She made very average grades. Went to a big university and was failing trying to keep up with the math and science courses required to go the dental route, and finally 3 years in had to change her major to something that would allow her to just have the piece of paper and graduate. (I say this with no judgment — I absolutely hated math and science too)

Point being. If there are higher paying/reliable degree programs you’re truly interested in and can handle, certainly go for it. But if you aren’t interested in these fields you named, and/or you arent that high performing of a student, think hard about it.

You don’t want to end up having wasted all that money for a piece of paper that is meaningless.

Have you considered just moving somewhere else with more young people and not attending college? Just working full time?

You are extremely immature.

Chase money & your career, not pussy. You can still bang 19-22 year olds when you’re 30 and established. Trust me, they love that shite.
