I'm pretty sure you can kayak whenever you fell like it no matter how weird it is to other people.

Stop caring how others see you.

I mean, it's weird that people are gay to me but they still do it and i don't really care cause it doesn't affect me in any kind of way.

You do you man............. you do you.

Weird? No

Depends entirely on how rough water is, how far from shore you will be, and you know, your tolerance for being cold.

I love taking my boat out in what others consider shitty weather, cold, rain, whatever, I love it, I'm usually the only one out there

We kayak in the pacific Northwest as soon as the water starts running. Water that was ice in the mountains only 8 hours earlier is running and water temp is 45 degrees.

No, we always go down blackwater River in Fla. when the weather is cold. 8 miles of nobody else on the river. Glorious.

Ride your little bitch-canoe whenever you please, don't let other people's opinions dictate your life.

I canoe camped on a river in 38 degree weather several times. As in, float a river and fish...pull off to camp for the night. Repeat the next day.

Probably you should have some basic survival skills, however, in case something happens
