They can definitely cut down. A lot of mail is just trash.
The post office drives all the way out to my house to put one piece of paper in my box that goes right in the trash.

It needs to be 100% privatized
It’s the most inefficient of all the government services. Certainly New Orleans. And that’s saying a lot.
