That will surely fix the predator problem.

Just both parties prior to sex sign legal documents agreeing to all activities.

Hochul wants to make that illegal if she has any alcohol after consent.

Say what you all want, but I bet these Cornell guys wish they had the sexual experience on camera. A lot of them could then make this go away very quickly, instead of having their names and reputation utterly destroed.

She would still be wasted, which is really the issue.

Also, if you want to have group sex with a woman, it’s probably a bad idea to text “Free Pu**y” to your boys.

Some of you guys are really losing your grip on reality.

This whole men versus women thing that has seemingly emerged over the last decade is just weird and only exists on the internet.

As the average age of this board rises, it is losing touch with younger generations.

It doesn’t only exist on the internet. Statistics show a massive divergence in ideology between young men and woman, specifically a sharp divergence in progressive ideology for young women.

This doesn’t just impact who you vote for. It impacts how you view the world. Your morals, your religious beliefs.

The average age of marriage is rising. Birth Rates are falling.

Video games, weed, porn and gambling are rotting the brains of young men. Feminism is destroying young women.

The statistics are there warning you this is real problem that is only getting worse.

Also, before somebody hurls an incel joke my way, I am happily married with a family.

If I’m ever back on the market ima have to put that thing into Docusign.
An app that has a contract embedded with a third party (possibly AI-based) interview of both parties to ensure mental capacity along with each party submitting a real time blood sample (the prick before the prick).

Dystopian, I know. I’m guessing that sex-bots will be a thing.

Yes there has to be video evidence of the entire encounter.

The problem with just a legal contract is the woman can easily say "I stopped consenting and they continued". So then they'll say that the contract is void.

I'm not saying video is foolproof, but it's a lot harder to argue against.

And for those saying it's illegal, it's actually not. It's legal as long as both parties agree. In some states that's not even the requirement. In some states only one party has to know.

But for guy it's simple, the girl doesn't agree to have the video, assume she is going to press charges against you the next day for rape. The girl doesn't agree to you having a room camera or body camera, no sex.

Casual sex is gonna continue to be a major issue for average men until sexbots fill the easy sex demand and the majority of actual relationships will be serious and intended for marriage and kids.

Key word, wants to. You can't retroactively apply laws, so whatever Hochul "wants to do" wouldn't apply here.

I thought Hochul just wants NY law to be similar to the recent Texas law, among many other states?

Simply that, for example, a girl who's incoherently drunk isn't completely fair game for whatever because she chose to get too drunk?

Does the recent Texas law really hold that any woman who has been drinking can't consent to sex?

LOL,
you're confusing that with a recorded conversation.

In no State is it legal to film yourself having sex without the other person being aware of it.

This.

Again. This.

I’m don’t know much about this case, but that right there is not good for them.

Laughs in retroactive "get Trump" law that allowed Carroll to sue him 30 years after the fact.

The move is probably to avoid questionable group chemsex and vet the women (or men for you) that you sleep with.
