In Texas we do that every week and turn the heat on the next day.

Winter is coming

Still waiting on it to begin. I think I’ve ran my heater a total of 2-3 nights since Thanksgiving.

Not in Dallas. Been a wet, cold winter....I'm tired of this shite.....more rain this weekend and then we finally get up in the 60s.

Sometimes even in the same day. These past few weeks have been especially terrible.

I’m supposed to get some sleet Saturday.

Of course, I’m in NYC right now.

I feel safe to say it's done, not that it really ever got here in the first place.

This year was way milder than last year when it got below freezing several times.

I've run my A/C a few times already in the past month just because the humidity has been so high.

Monday and Tuesday it's supposed to be 3 to 6 inches of rain and 8 inches higher elevation. NorCal.

That puppy will keep moving.

February ends meteorological winter. Early March should yield a couple cold days here in SELa but after that, spring looks to be coming on strong.

While there is always a chance for a March cold snap I am of the mind that BR winter is over. The forecast through March 7th shows the lowest nighttime temp to be 44 and the lowest daytime high at 63.

Dallas has been on the edge of the trough keeping the west so cold. It snowed in Pasadena today. Sierras have been dumped on all month.

Farther east of you, it's been pretty warm overall.
