I’d imagine it’s not easy. Never been better than right now, but I’d imagine it’s still tough. Flip the roles. Imagine the US is mainly black and you’re white. Add on to that you’re just trying to make it, but a substantially high portion of white people act out and give you a bad name. You’re just trying to get by, you go to an interview and you see nothing but black faces. You’re an outsider. There’s a disconnect there. Obviously it’s better than ever in history. Still probably not easy.
Damn this is the most libtarded thing I’ve ever read
A movie just won every Oscar because it’s a black people movie meanwhile white farmers are being genocided in Africa

And there are thousand of stories like this.
This guy turned out to not have a degree when he claimed to be a PhD. The woke school board found out he lied and still hired him.

How the hell do you spend that much at Jason's deli?
Posted on 1/24/26 at 1:09 pm to Cell of Awareness
No, not remotely. But they have been conditioned to feel oppressed

When you’re stupid as some people are life is tough regardless of race unfortunately for them in the area that we live were inundated with a bunch of em.

But let’s be real…a bunch of whites on a job, almost at a 100% rate as a whole will show a lone black person grace and acceptance that the white person would most likely never get were the numbers reversed.

You just described my life here in South DeKalb. My wife worked for the school system when Horton was in charge. My kid went to one of his schools. Everyone else is black here.
You just get used to it after a while. Most people don't care.

He knew someone working the register. They charged his card and refunded it to a personal card claiming the original charge was an input error.

I just saw a fat black lady in a Walmart in Georgia having trouble paying for her food with an Alabama food stamp card. So I guess there’s that.

There’s a lot f people talking from a white perspective here. But I’ll give a black one. And I should note, I don’t speak for all black people.
From a young age my parents instilled in me that my brother and I could be whatever the hell we wanted to in life. I never heard my parents say “the white man holding us down”. No. But I was told that we’d have to work twice as hard to get a piece of what yall had.
I joined the Army, went to school while working full time, got a masters degree. So did my wife. We live an upper middle class life. I’d be lying if I said it was easy. I’ve dealt with racism head on. So has my wife and kids.
But even with our success, we still deal with subtle racism when being in some white spaces. Asking what we do for a living, or how we could afford a car like this. Am I an athlete because I had a really nice car.
I could go on but I’ll sum it up. I wasn’t conditioned to being oppressed, and am doing well, but still deal with some shite I wish I didn’t have to deal with

Sadly, I don't doubt this still exists to some degree.

Sounds like great parents.
Blacks or any minority, just like whites can be and do anything they want if they are willing to out in the effort.

There’s a whole segment of the black population that depends on keeping future generations of blacks brainwashed that everything is white people’s fault.
It’ll never stop until the bitterness and hatred of whites is stops getting passed down. It’s “systemic” in the “community”

Sadly, there are too many crappy people out there,
But the opportinities for a motivated apable black person are beyond those for a white person at this point in time.

This guy is a real piece of work.
47 million, 9 years.
Romain Dallemand is an American educator. Dallemand is the former Superintendent of Bibb County Schools in Bibb County, Georgia where he served as superintendent from 2011 to 2013.[1] His tenure in Bibb County was plagued with controversy from the start. Including the implementation of Mandarin language into the curriculum, an ambitious project deemed the Macon Miracle, and numerous questionable expenses. [2] In 2015, Dallemand sued the Bibb County School District for $10 million dollars claiming the district violated terms of his severance agreement with the district. The following year the Bibb School District countersued Dallemand claiming committed fraud and Racketeering against the school district as well as spending millions of dollars of the school districts funds without the approval of the school board.[3] In 2017 Dallemand pleaded guilty to filing a false tax return for 2012, under-reporting his income and over-reporting his itemized deductions.
