Penn State does it. It's no different than the gold game.

And I think for the most part, Death Valley isn’t filled with the awesome drunks like it used to be. (Hope to be proven wrong next saturday) College kids and adults used to camp out and would go nuts over the team, now these snowflakes stay sober and have their soy lattes and leave at halftime. It’s not just an LSU thing either. Bama has the same problem. Nick Saban has called their fans out every year for the past 4 years.

You sound like you max out your credit card to buy season tickets every year.

I'm sure you can find a group of fans like this for any team in any sport. Just know we still have "awesome drunks"

Can you imagine the backlash if LSU organized a movement called “The White Out” though

1996 vandy game was a white out. They refused to let us wear white and former vandy coach dinardo asked the fans to white them out.

LSU comes out first so it would probably not ever be completely silent.

What's the plan for getting the 20 - 30 thousand Bama fans to do that?

They always enter during LSUs entrance, there's no chance of it being silent. I always felt instead of booing starting an "LSU" chant would be better.

There's a little college that does the silent treatment in basketball. Crowd remains silent until a certain score is hit.

That's both awesome and hilarious

That would really show them and create such an amazing home field advantage. Maybe we should just move the game to Tuscaloosa?
