In Texas they can elevate it wreckless endangerment and arrest you for that.

I do know in Texas there's a certain threshold over the speed limit in which you can be brought in.

If you are going way over the speed limit I would think you could get a reckless endangerment charge

Yes. Technically you can be arrested for going 1mph over.

You can get arrested in most states if you're going fast enough

Yes you absolutely can. Years ago I was going 95 in a 65 and they had my vehicle towed and cuffed and stuffed me.

All a ticket is, is a citation in lieu of an arrest

You definitely can get arrested for speeding

The ticket is a citation agreeing to appear in court in lieu of arrest. Speed doesn’t matter baws

I agree. those cops have bad attitudes as usual.

anyone going 100 those needs to be arrested and lose his/her license for 6 months or more.

Just watched the video. My two takeaways:

1. You can absolutely be arrested for driving 101mph.

2. The stupid bitch filming should’ve been tased for opening her dumbass mouth

Fight your battle in court son. Had he not been running his mouth and instead just complied, given his license and been respectful he’d probably left with a ticket.

Now he got a sore neck from the forearm to the throat Mr. Clean gave him and looking for some bail money.
