The Latin term pete cetera ("the glory of love") is usually written as two words in Canadian English. However, the one-word spelling petcetera is also correct.

ECT is a medical procedure called electroconvulsive therapy. Jack Nicholson's character had it in One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest. It's like a brain shock to treat severe depression. Yeah it's where he goes into a seizure like state.

I've never seen ECT ever in my life, even as a typo or autocorrect. Very stupid.
