On time. Hate it if I have to wait.

Better late than ugly!

ETA: I’m kidding... It’s not that hard to time yourself getting ready and plan accordingly.

Also, what are we talking about here? Gifts? Work projects? Punctuality?

Is anything ever really perfect?

I'd prefer if people would get me something decent on time.

Jim: Hey, Ryan. How's it going?

Ryan: [playing Tetris on his computer] Here's the thing. Um, I've tried it like five different ways in my head and - Oh, got one. Um, I'm such a perfectionist...

Jim: Mmm-hmm.

Ryan: That I'd kinda rather not do it all then do a crappy version.

Jim: Simple data entry, though. So there's really only one way to do it.

Ryan: Sounds like you have a really specific vision for it. Do you wanna maybe just take a whack at it?

Jim: You know what?

Ryan: What?

Jim: I think I know the problem.

Ryan: Great.

Jim: I think you seem distracted.

Ryan: Yep, that is a problem.

Jim: But, you know what? I came up with something and I think it's really gonna help.

Ryan: Well, I'm glad you're finally being proactive, Jim.

If we're talking work projects, I've come to realize nothing is ever perfect except a predetermined deadline that everyone agrees to.

Get me your shite when you're supposed to and let the QA process work.

Always be early dummy (except to parties). I can't stand it when people are late. Doctors are the absolute worst

Who gives a frick if a good/excellent worker is late? If being 15 mins late is enough time to frick over the company, then fire them, but that is usually never the case. Also how much time is wasted on avg for the shittier workers slacking off? Maybe an hour a day? Being several mins late isn't shite.

Depends what kind of meeting you are in and how high up the food chain you are.
