Is it a prerequisite to have fake tits to be a pharmaceutical rep?

I notice every Female Pharmaceutical Rep I've encountered, no matter the age, have fake tits.
Is this a part of the job application? I mean, on the form itself as a question of employment?
I'm sure their is a large amount of representation apart from the office/job too.

Majority of male clients, men like big tits, so yes, it helps with selling the product.

I think it's more important to have a complete lack of morals.
