Is it a bigoted idea that all cultures are so indistinct, that they are all compatible?

I was thinking about this in relation to culture clashes in Europe

People are people, sure. People aren't inherently good or bad.

But some cultures are clearly too distinct to be compatible

But if, not real purely hypothetical, you are raised your whole life to believe that women are subhuman, and people who disagree with your spiritual philosophy are deserving of death. . .

Is that a compatible worldview to a culture that believes women are equal humans and everyone can believe as they choose?

Should there at least some kind of "halfway house" region or program to foster assimilation before letting unprepared refugees loose on an unprepared society that is not compatible with everything they know and believe at a fundamental level?

Dunno, just something on my mind today

I think Denmark is into something with how they mandate you can't live in single nation refugee-only areas (cultural ghettos) and have to learn the language fluently in order to get aid
