That's sad but 100% avoidable.

I recently had an immediate family member diagnosed with cancer...not the kind that was caused by lifestyle choices. He just got a shitty draw.

Seeing him fight day in and day out has changed my perspective on a lot of things. But I don't pity people who suffer from ailments that are their own creations. It may sound callous, but I don't.

If you're that insecure about your weight that you would kill yourself, perhaps you should diet and exercise.

Either that or just own who you are.

I don’t fat shame anyone but I don’t want Sports illustrated or Victoria secret telling me fat is beautiful either.

Let me tell you something. I hear someone call me a "land whale". I'm taking 3 months off of work and running everywhere.

These people are already depressed and that's why most of them overeat. Calling them fat is just going to make them more depressed and make them eat more.

Encouraging them to come do healthy activities with you would be much more effective.

People werent skinny 40 + years ago cause they were fat shamed.

They were skinner because they were more active because that's what more people did back then. You didnt sit on your couch and play games and watch tv... you went out and did stuff.

Exactly how I feel about drug addicts. Rehab is a fricking waste of time and money. Every goddamn one of them should fricking off themselves instead of ruining other people's lives. Every. Goddamn. One.

If it's any consolation, she probably would have met a similarly sad demise had she been skinny. Your causation analysis is pretty thin, if you will.

Yeah man the doctors are wrong again. Being fat didn’t kill her unlike what they’re paid to tell us.
