I don’t think it’s restricted to the men in Hollywood. Men are likely worse with elementary/middle school kids and more numerous than the women.
Some might view some of the female predatory behavior like a female teacher sleeping with a 15 year old boy, but the women have a lot of predators as well. I also doubt the hetero actresses always go with boys once kids get to be around 15 years old and up. For some going after younger females is more about power than sexual attraction. They will also look the other way when being done by another Hollywooder just the male perverts in Hollywood.

According to the complaint, one of the boys told law enforcement Busfield touched him in his "private areas" while on set after a scene had ended ... when the kid was just 7 years old. Prosecutors say the boy alleged Busfield touched him inappropriately 5 or 6 times between takes ... and they also claim the boy alleged he was inappropriately touched by Busfield multiple times when he was 8 years old.
The docs say a second child actor told investigators Busfield also touched him.
