Just curious. Bound to be an outlier

Oklahoma City and Tulsa are the only places in Oklahoma. all the towns are operating normally except for the schools.

This is totally true in a way you didn't intend

Mississippi
The state has yet to order the closure of major businesses, restaurants or bars. Except the casinos have been ordered to close.
Our Governor has been pretty much missing in action since this thing started. Most of the towns of any size have gone to carry out and delivery only.

Well, in Madison, every damn thing is either closed or take out only. Haven’t had a meal that wasn’t cold in two weeks....

We are carryout/delivery only in AZ.
They are allowing alcohol sales with takeout though (as long as drink is in a closed container).
And that is why I'm sipping on a delicious margarita I got with takeout from a local sports bar tonight.

Tupelo restaurants have had dine in up until yesterday. Mayor shut down all non-essential businesses starting Sunday and restaurants carry out or delivery only.

Yeah, I hear the towns in the northeast part of the state are really taking it seriously

Tupelo Mayor said he wasn't waiting on The GovaTater to do something
