The domestic abuse is not what I would call minor and I am pretty sure my wife would agree...
That said what he is on trial for is a bit of a stretch based on the acts the laws were actually written for. That doesn't mean I don't think he should serve time but it also doesn't mean I can't acknowledge he didn't create some very popular music. My taste is irrelevant because a lot of people dislike Led Zeppelin but suggesting they were not good at what they did is stupid.

He is facing RICO, sex trafficking by force or fraud, and transporting for prostitution. RICO is always a tough sell, but wouldn’t be surprised if he gets convicted of the two others. And there are many other crimes to serve as RICO predicates. Who knows what the jury will do.
As to who released it after all these years….Cassie used the new NYC sexual assault law to sue him (same as E Jean Carroll vs Trump). She demanded $30 million and he refused. She filed suit and he settled the next day. But by then, the media got hold of it and the prosecutors jumped on it.

This is all I have seen .. everytime I read an update it seems like all that is discussed is his sex life with girlfriends who were willing participants for months if not years, I keep waiting for the evidence, but it's always " I did it so he wouldn't get mad," they all admit to procuring prostitutes and consuming tons of drugs....not sure if they offered immunity to all the witnesses or what, but they seem just as involved as Combs...but maybe the bombshell witness hasn't testified yet
