Mississippi

Gotta be a troll, right? You'd have a hard time seriously arguing that MS is at best 45th.

Where do you buy weed in MS? I assume it’s legal since everyone there is so free.

My sister and her family have lived in Highlands Ranch Co for 16 years. They just sold their home and have bought a lot in the same neighborhood we are building near Broussard, La.

She said living in CO is now intolerable for non libtards.

Definitely agree that a $200k income is needed for a small family to be comfortable and own a home in CO. I believe single family homes had an average appreciation of 14% in the past year and rents continue to increase. I think the Denver area averages around $1800 a month in rent for a studio apartment. It's only getting more and more expensive to live in Colorado with no end in sight. I think a lot of folks will stop moving here and some will leave if things get as expensive as the coasts.

A snowy winter to me is 10x better than he Southern heat, humidity, flat land, bugs.

I would be happy to never see above 75 degrees again.

For those of you who do live in Colorado, what do you like most about living there? The main negative I have heard is the cost of living, but are there any other negatives you have experienced?

Moved here to Boulder 5 years ago and I love it here. Especially compared to living in Baton Rouge. There is so much to do here. The weather isn't that bad during the winter. We don't get the heavy wet snow here and it usually melts within a day or 2. The public schools here are outstanding. There are so many outdoor activities here, especially during the summer. We get a few hot days during the summer, but it's bearable because the humidity is low.
There are plenty of hiking trails, good camping spots, and plenty of mountains to climb. There are great breweries just about everywhere. As far as housing, yes, housing prices are high but to me and my family it's worth it. I can't see myself leaving here anytime soon. I miss my family in Louisiana but I could never move back there. You just don't realize how screwed up Louisiana is until you move out of it.

Yeah, who would go to a horrible place like Colorado when you live in the thriving metropolis of Belle River, Louisiana?

Yeah no diversity. If the shenanigans that happen in Jackson happened in Boulder they would lose their mind. They would be so racist.
