Yep. 7 days. Highly recommend. You may overpay by a few hundred bucks but worth it.

I wonder if things have changed over the 3 year period and Carvana is now in a position to demand a higher price. Or maybe it’s just a deal to deal thing.

Depends on the car and the used car market.

Had a great experience buying from carvana. Better deal than anything Carmax had to offer and delivery was free (I was planning on picking it up until I learned that they would do it for no charge)

Bought one two months ago, great experience. Offered me more than anyone else for trade-in, and new purchase was right in line with other comparables.

Also, there was a rock chip on windshield, and a small dent on backside fender that wasn't disclosed on website. Their service dept was great, I took it to the body shop of my choice and they paid the bill ($2500) to replace windshield and rear panel and door replacement.

Just bought my wife's Infiniti on Carvana. Traded in a GMC Yukon.

Process was painless. No haggling. Contracts are all signed via docusign. Very clear pricing and transparency on fees. We got quote back for our trade-in within minutes.

They delivered and picked up vehicle on same day.

I'd do it again in a heart beat.

You could get a dealership to provide the same service at a much lower price. Carvana and Carmax both charge a premium for their service but most dealership online departments do the same or similar now.

Their prices for Wrangler's are pretty high right now, but they're higher everywhere than they were a couple of months ago. I shopped Autotrader, CarMax, Vroom and Carvana every day or 2 to check the new inventory. Vroom had a great deal that I didn't act fast enough on, but I ended up getting a good deal on AutoTrader. It definitely depends on the make/model

Yes, I bought from Carvana and had a great experience. They rolled up to my house with my new car on a flatbed,

Carvana doesn’t sell new cars.

It was new to me. "My new car", context clues are usually helpful.

Do you think you paid a bit of a premium on the Infiniti? If so, what percentage? Did you get a better deal on your trade-in? If so, what percentage?
