A big arse dude throwing people around in the air is "weak"?
There used to be a chick that jumped up in the air and used her arse to "knock" her opponent out. That's just one of many examples of finishers weaker than the F5.

This. The reason it looks good and scary is because he tosses grown arse men like it's nothing. Does it hurt, probably not, but wrestling is theater and watching him manhandle someone is entertaining
