I'm not necessarily Fancy McFancypants, but I've never eaten anywhere that my bill came out close to 500 per person. Like $100 per person maybe, and then alcohol may make it more, but still not close to $500.

I spent $300/person at Michelin star restaurant in NYC. That was seven courses and a few bottles of wine for the table.

You need to provide some exciting details about this dinner to make this thread make sense.
