I have an iPhone now, but before that I had Androids for almost 15 years. Androids are fine, but when I read the fine print on the AT&T website it basically implied that iPhones go to the front of the line if the network gets busy. I don't know how widely Apple's been able to make that happen, but all of the Androids I looked at last time around had a disclaimer about network throttling.
The area where Apple is really head and shoulders above everyone else is general purpose computers. Windows computers just can't compare.
The one nit I will pick with Apple is that the user interface (and this applies to phones and computers) is a little bit less intuitive. On the computer side I think there may be some GUI paradigms that Microsoft invented that Apple is too stingy / proud to license. That said, a GUI can be as intuitive as it wants, but if it jams up and bogs down like most Windows PCs do, it's academic.

My girlfriend is so insistent that I get an iphone that I wonder if she has stock in the company.
I use somewhat cheap androids and just buy a new one every couple of years before it starts updating and the battery running out. Never really worry about it getting lost or stolen.
Works great for everything except the iphones do seem to take a lot better pictures and videos.
I can copy and paste a text and write "loved" in front of it if I really need to.

iPhone but only because my phone is through my work, so I'm forced to use it. I prefer Android.

iPhone
I ditched android for good when the iPhone+ was released, the Note from Samsung was cool but the OS always seemed janky.

Android on a Pixel. Will likely never own another line of product. It's an awesome phone and I plan on sticking with the Pixel as long as they make it. I usually upgrade to the current Pro model every 3 years or so.

Never had an iPhone, never will.
I prefer superior phones, despite what the masses have been sold to believe.

2 Androids. Work and personal

Switched to IOS because our company provided sales engineers with Apple Ultra Watch 2s if you wanted one. I like the watch better than the phone to be honest.

Android. I don't like Apple products. They are built for fashion and replacement every few years.

Android.
Got the first iphone and stayed with them through the 4s. Switched to Android after that and haven't looked back.
I've had the LG Optimus, Samsung Note and S series, and Google Pixel.
Samsung Galaxy S series is by far my favorite smart phone. Currently rocking the S24 plus.
By the way, that Galaxy S9 was a BALLIN' phone. My favorite design so far.
