Regardless of his innocence or guilt, I believe they will find him guilty for the following reasons:
1. Master liar and manipulator.
2. Lived above the law for years.
3. Lied about being at the kennels.
4. He is a rich white privledged man every one loves to hate.

See how small town rumors work?
The lawyers were there last night in the Judges chambers about egg lady. They just got why wrong.

I was really hoping to see AM sitting at the defense table by himself when they cut to the courtroom feed

Is the defense attorney trying to get him convicted? I can't tell at this point.
He lied about everything else, but he was telling the truth about not killing maggie and paw paw

There are so many peculiarities in the case he’s got to tow the line between addressing them and highlighting them.

I get it, but he's doing a pretty bad job.

My take on case as a whole:
The prosecution presented too much detail, and let the trial go on too long. This is what happened, in part, in OJ.
If you think about something every day for five weeks, you are going to have doubts about what you know.
Likely acquittal. Hope I am wrong.

I think this is destined for a hung jury. There is no way that any reasonable person can look at the evidence and say he had no hand in this crime either by pulling the trigger or setting it all up.
I don't understand his attorney saying that if it wasn't for the video he wouldn't be defending him.
Yeah no shite, it showed how he lied about being there. Any completely innocent person who finds their wife/child murdered wouldn't be lying about their whereabouts for weeks like AM did.

I think the juror getting kicked off this morning has shaken the defense. She was probably the defense's ace in the hole for a hung jury, but she couldn't keep her mouth shut that she thought AM was innocent.
Now that she's gone, they have to make a much stronger closing argument than they probably thought when they adjourned yesterday.

1) The judge doesn't grocery shop nowadays, eggs cost a lot more than they used to.
2) Someone else on the jury probably has chickens and they have started laying again with warmer weather. I'd guess the eggs were a gift. (We're getting eggs given us again from our next door neighbor, a single guy who can't eat three dozen eggs a week.)(And free range eggs are a real joy to bake with.)

I thought he was saying if he hadn't lied about being at the kennels that he wouldn't be defending him?
ETA: When Griffin's voice gets higher and his statements become questions, he sounds like he's doing a South Carolina version of a Seinfeld impression.

As an attorney, Alex said there is no better tool in the courtroom than video
AM
Also, the client in this video is one he stole from.

Not sure why the judge is continuing to let the female prosecutor sitting directly behind defense lawyer on video make faces, shaking her head, mouthing words etc.
She is looking petty at times imo
