His reason for her coming to Moselle that day was to visit the father with him in the hospital.

So she drove back ~1.5 hours to Edisto on June 6th, then back to Moselle on the 7th?

And needing the Mexicans to lock the door that she left open, if you’re following evidence and such.

And the dad went to the hospital on the 7th?

I didn't hear much of the testimony on the day before so I'm a little fuzzy on that, not sure who testified on all that.

Can someone following closely answer this:

Did the blood spatter evidence come in about AM’s t shirt?

No. SLED essentially lied about that to the grand jury. They tested it twice for human blood and found none.

After a few months, they sent it to an alleged expert who also found none. After an in person meeting with SLED, blood splatter was allegedly found.

Pre-trial, the state fought to get that in, but SLED never informed this 3rd party expert about all the tests they ran on the shirt. He eventually retracted his assertion that it was high velocity blood splatter and was consistent with a transfer of some kind. Again, no human blood was found on the shirt. Ever.

SLED lied to the grand jury or we likely wouldn't even be here.

I am fuzzy about a lot of things. The t-shirt and clong pants & shirt in Paul's tree bending video are confusing. A grand Jury was told that there was blood on the t-shirt?

Yet did anyone ever find or test the pants & shirt AM was wearing in the tree video?

Maybe others following more closer can opine?

Thanks. Wasn't it said the t-shirt was destroyed by was it chemicals used in testing?

SLED never asked for or searched for that shirt and pants.

They cut it up and took sections of it. It basically couldn't have been displayed as a shirt any longer so the state never brought it our.

I beleive the 2 tests worth chemicals used by SLED didn't harm the shirt, but the cutting to take many multiple samples did.

So you think it's ethical (or worse yet, legal?) for the state to lie about direct evidence to a grand jury? Probably their strongest piece of alleged evidence?

Got it.

Someone tell me why he would be anywhere NEAR the scene at time of death if he had hired someone to do the hit?

He could have EASILY had a rock solid alibi by being at his parents and having them taken out. Or anywhere for that matter.

Makes no sense. He 100% did it himself.

They had a poll up. Now they pinned this:

ON THE STAND: RONNIE CROSBY - ATTORNEY AT DEFENDANT'S FORMER LAW FIRM

Wow. It is getting heated. They want his law partner to go off about AM.

He is/was a plaintiff's attorney. That is what they do.
