Rogan Gibson. Rogan is who PawPaw was making the video for and who was trying to call soon after the murders. Its who Ellick was trying call right after the murders.

AM has no relationship with SLED. His buddies are local police/sheriff's

That’s not entirely accurate. Michael Brock (former Natural Resource officer) works for SLED now.

"The second you come up with facts you can't deny, you immediately come up with a new lie".

Has this guy ever met a lawyer?

So is the Pau Pau thing new? Is that something he use to call him?

Because in his interviews with police, he always referred to him simply as Paul, correct?

Correct. Buster has to be sitting there wondering where the hell that nickname came from. Defense concoction

I believe that's true. I have no idea what that would even mean one way or the other aside from trying to humanize their relationship.

Correct. I have nicknames for my kids and others that are only used in immediate family convos. It is freaky that this is slipping out. So he is putting on a SC good ole boy act or he switches his alter ego personality?

So it was just bad luck that at that one point on the highway where her phone landed closest to just happened to be where Alex sped up (for the first time)? Later on the way to his parents' he really floored the accelerator, to speed up significantly over the speed limit a bit farther on. When minutes mattered?

Heck, I'd like to know why Onstar was able to recover information that they had said they couldn't. Were 'can't' do that so we won't try' strings pulled?

Beyond a reasonable doubt is a much higher standard than that.

I understand that, and that is the job of the prosecution to convince the jury.

I also understand that anyone who has the ability to control a crime scene and time to dispose of the murder weapon has a great advantage and a great opportunity to get away with murder.

The alibi is blown beyond a reasonable doubt.

But yes, sometimes guilty people walk free.

If I’m remembering correctly he dodged it and Waters let it go.

Waters: Was today the first time you referred to Maggie as Mags and Paul as Paupau?

Alex: No I called them that all the time

Waters: Is today the first time you referred to them by their nicknames on any official record?

Alex: I don’t recall
