And now, wow. The defense attorneys are now speaking to the press and are even more inept with the press than they were in trial.

They come across as complete arrogant imbeciles.

Oh frick off. There's nothing to tie this guy's status to his race. If you're trying to say he's rich just say that.

I knew exactly where it came from. I simply did not assume his testimony as fact. You at least state evidence, although IMO, you only highlight the evidence favoring AM, and ignore the damning evidence. But you at least are consistent and have real information.

Now that other ole boy I was responding to? Not so much. He's just screaming like a whack job and clearly has no grasp of any of the evidence presented to the jury.

Anyone have any interest in watching the alleged boyfriend murder in Kenosha? Streaming on Law and Crime.

It's day 1 I think. There was almost a mistrial after Day 1 based on defense comments in their opening statement.

Same judge as Rittenhouse.

I had to slide back the video to watch it. 'Crippled people, am I allowed to say that'...

They showed AM was a monster stealing from crippled people, people with cancer.... They will take it to the Supreme Court.

What was the last part about the best news was someone could tweet again?

I saw that on this morning and accidentally clicked on it. It hadn't started yet. I might take a look. Something about a jealous boyfriend murder?

Jealous boyfriend allegedly killed his ex girlfriend's boyfriend.

No body was ever found though, so the evidence is again circumstantial in nature.

I didn't catch that last part. But they were tearing down the judge, tearing down SLED, tearing down the prosecution, tearing down the jurors, and going scorched earth on the press. The verdict was everyone else's fault except for their brilliant strategy.

They really come across as narcissistic pricks. THEY'RE TAKING THIS ALL THE WAY TO THE SUPREME COURT IF NEEDED!!!

What is your opinion on AM getting his bag of pills from Paul -that some presumed Paul had taken in an argument of some sort that night-

I think the whole pill bag narrative that night was BS. In fact, I think the entire pill narrative was a much smaller factor in the reason he killed them compared to them simply being a liability and the need for a distraction from his misdeeds.

I dont think you quite understand how good of lawyers Griffin and Harpootlian are

They didnt have a whole lot to work with... their client is a compulsive liar and a sociopath

Did you actually watch their closing?

I'll just say that 99% of the legal experts that saw their closing didn't necessarily agree with you. Maybe they are great. But even great lawyers shite the bed I guess.

Yes.

My neighbor literally just had a tree fall down in a storm and knock down power lines, so I'm gonna not be able to watch that trial so I can help them get this sorted out

Good luck. Hopefully not too much damage and they can get your power back up. I HATE being without power. I'm soft.

Any lawyers care to opine what this local defense attorney-Chris Adams SC is saying regarding appeals of the case?

Slide the video towards the end to about 54:00

They weren’t anywhere near that distance apart, maybe 30 feet at most. See pic.

The caption says 12 steps
Which could be about 10 yards or 30 feet?

Maybe it's your unique mixture of ignorance and condescension?

That is a false, inaccurate, and misleading statement. Sorry that you can't see that.

The Law:

The law makes absolutely no distinction between the weight or value to be given to either direct or circumstantial evidence.
Nor is a greater degree of certainty required of circumstantial evidence than of direct evidence

If the Defense Attnys are going to take it to the Supreme Court, are either of them approved to argue in front of the Court? (Approved is the wrong word, but I do know not every one can. A prof of mine who taught water law was telling us about what he had to go through to reach that stage.)
