Greetings Gents--I am Aaron and I just transferred to Baton Rouge. I was told I would find a bunch of great, upstanding Americans on this site and that the folks on TD are more connected to the happenings around Baton Rouge than any other resource. Any information/pointers you have on:
1. Things to do in and around the city
2. Fun places to take the kids (2 and 4 years old)
3. fine dining establishment to take the wife(no pics) for dinner
4. private schools
would be greatly appreciated.

No, I do not believe in travel ball. I have read a bunch of articles about over use injuries. Also, the articles I have read said the best way to get your kids a sports scholarship is for them to play multiple sports and let them be a kid.
