Internet Ruling in Europe could lead to the usage of MEMES being illegal

Cucked Europe. The EU pulls fascist nonsense like this and then tries to say the sole motivation for questioning them is racism.
We'll end up seeing more memes made with Paint-type programs. We'll also see memes where any poster/magazine cover/CD in the photo is pixelated, to show the absurdity of the EU.

A meme is a themed picture used in pop culture.
What people are saying are memes are more like a comic strip or inspirational poster.
I do realize that mocking inspirational posters is a meme, however.
I guess I just want to say that a picture with a line of text is not a meme. A picture with a line of text that has a following is.
