Internet "Doctor" Advice Needed: Kungflu Related

I think the Chinese have come for me, and I'd like to get a treatment plan from all the td internet "doctors."
Besides the apple flavored horse worm gel from Tractor Supply, vitamin C, vitamin D, and zinc, what should I be doing?

I saw a nurse practitioner about a month ago when I had it. for what it's worth, she said the two primary reasons folks get hospitalized is pneumonia (obviously) and dehydration. so drink a lot of water and try not laying down your entire 10 day quarantine would help prevent fluid buildup in your lungs.
