Insurance Company Profits

With millions of people not driving each day I would think that auto crash claims would hit record lows. It already has been said that the smog in LA is clearing. Any chance regulated insurance companies can be forced to refund premiums? Your thoughts?

ok, you still need insurance if you are driving, if you arent, then cancel the insurance and file with the state the vehicle is not on the road

While having less claims will reduce the amount of money paid out, it is in the insurance companies best interest this corrects itself.
