Yep yep yep.

I'm sorry, is that supposed to be a response to the objective fact, indisputable statement that Trudy White had absolutely no power to hold Aramis Jackson after the state dismissed the charges against him? Because if so, please explain

I think I'm familiar with this realtor. If so, she actually actively tried buying DTL's house from him for years. He lived in this run down house that was next door to a nice neighborhood. He eventually caved in and sold it to her. Then he got arrested.

Most of those links are dead, except I found on the abandonedBR page at the bottom/end there are many very interesting comments.

Wasn't there a bike gang murder/hit at Sugar's night club on Tom Dr back in the 90's?

The officers in 2016 still makes me irrationally angry to think about, they were ambushed by an extremist over the media race-baiting a lowly thug's death. Ours and the Dallas shooting from the same month were nothing short of terrorism

Mostly peaceful police executions.

My parents bought the home I still live in when I was 9 month...Mrs. Suzie and Mr. Bubbie were our next door neighbors.

So I have basically known them my whole life.

You can include her.

I was always a HUGE fan of the A&E show "City Confidential" and hoped one day to represent Baton Rouge.

I was living in Royersford, PA when Baton Rouge was featured and it was Sylvia Landry. Of all the shows I have been on...thats the only one I wanted to do.

You must be thinking of the New Orleans restaurant murder that was done by NOPD Antoinette Franks, I believe her name is.

Yes, that’s the one. Sorry, I got those mixed up.

Your case would have made the perfect episode of City Confidential. I miss that show. The narration was always spot on.

I haven't seen the Calendar's murders on here. Dishwasher at the restaurant came in and killed two or three employees so he could steal a couple hundred in cash. The manager was on the phone with 911 when he walked up and put a gun to her head and killed her. I heard a copy of the tape that a BRPD detective had. It was chilling to say the least.

Here's one - what happened with the youth pastor(?) that was shot at the intersection of Goodwood and Lobdell in 2008ish?

That one sticks out to me because we'd just moved from a condo off of O'Neal to a "much safer neighborhood" in Tara.

First night we move in, a guy gets murdered a quarter mile away.

It was a acquaintance of mine's brother who got killed. From what I understand, he was beating on some guy and the guy shot him in self-defense. He was a member of a local biker club too.
