Had to read that twice

George didn't hurt anyone that didn't agree to it.
Probably thousands of crack babies that would disagree with you.

I’ll never understand how drug dealers like him and Pablo Escobar can’t simply walk away and disappear with a hundred million dollars after a few years of being in the drug trade.
Greed plus your co-conspirators would think you turned witness

Lived to 78 but still died Jung

So, George Jung made Susie Tugswell snort coke.

“So in the end, was it worth it? Jesus Christ. How irreparably changed my life has become. It's always the last day of summer and I've been left out in the cold with no door to get back in. I'll grant you I've had more than my share of poignant moments. Life passes most people by while they're making grand plans for it. Throughout my lifetime, I've left pieces of my heart here and there. And now, there's almost not enough to stay alive. But I force a smile, knowing that my ambition far exceeded my talent. There are no more white horses or pretty ladies at my door.”

and was still able to live here?????

Only in America I guess...
I think that your misconception here is that he was from south of the border. He was an American

That's still incredible to me. That's a lot of coke.

Wait a second.... he brought in 85% of the cocaine and got busted and only spent 20 years in prison and was still able to live here?????? What a justice system we have.....
So did you snort some of the 15% he didn't bring in?

To my knowledge he was an American citizen. Do we now expel American citizens from the country when they get out of jail?

Two scenes in that movie absolutely fold me:
The one where he is hugging his little girl at the end, but not really hugging her.
The one where Ray Liotta listens to the recording at the end.
... those two scenes really hammer home just how much the loved ones in our lives are affected by poor choices.
*side note: his mom is one of the coldest bitches in cinema history.

And he married a girl just like her.

Even cocaine smuggling playboys can fall victim to the oldest trap in the book.

What a great movie. With how much blow he actually did do I am surprised he lived that long. Didn’t he say in the movie that he did like 5 grams within a minute or something. I do find it amusing he did a stint at S Miss. Does he have a bio book out there?

So with you. And when he finally got to walk her to school and just love her, then promised her they would go to Cali? The dread on his face when he was busted the final score was epic. Depp nailed that movie.

I posted on movie board, but I can't think of any good movie after that he did where he was the lead. He did nail that role.
I guess Pirates, but I only saw the 1st one.
