A lady I know who works close to Independence High said they arrested over 50 kids. She also said that after they ran out of handcuffs, they had to use rope.

I thought that, too. But I'm just reporting what I was told. FWIW, if you've been to Independence since 1997, then you wouldn't put it past the cops there to use rope.
