My issue with this is that POTUS announced that ALL Americans will be getting money before he laid out the plan. If he goes back on his word, then people will be upset.
I do not meet the requirements based on the OP. I do not need $3,000 today from the government. However, I do not think it is a good idea to give those not in the work force money for not being effected by this ordeal.

What decent sized country in the world has not had at least a few cases and not shut down a lot of things?
You can argue Trump didn’t initially handle this the best way possible but all of this would still be happening regardless.
