Mnuchin said adults would receive an immediate payment of $1,000 and children would receive $500 under the current proposal. A family of four would receive as much as $3,000.

It's unclear what the income threshold will be for Americans to qualify for the checks. However, according to the Hill, Senate Republicans are reportedly considering making the limit $75,000 for individuals and $150,000 for couples.

Just think if the President had acted two months ago none of this would have been needed. If you voted for him you only have yourself to blame.

I'm calling all of my baby mommas to let them know I'll take ownership of the kids.

Saying you didn’t get a check is going to be the most used subtle brag of the year.

I am not worried about getting 2k for my household. I also think it is irresponsible to think that some making over 150k may not be hurting. Some that are small business owners that may choose to not pay someone so they can pay their own mortgage.

they need a floor more than a ceiling. if you are on unemployment or SS then you shouldn't be getting a check.

Got to be kidding. I just barely make more than that limit. Totally unfair. And I was applauding this stimulus plan since I heard about it. It's still a great thing for the American people but they need to still take care of the upper middle class. We are American too.

They already pay less for having derelict kids, and get back more come tax time. It's the biggest scam going.
