If you’re unfamiliar with the story then the document won’t make much sense. And the pics aren’t even remotely related.

Here's a thread on the recent investigation into Latoya for those who have not been following or missed it.
Caught in the act.
Short version: It appears she has been spending a lot of time in the city's Pontalba apartment with one of the officers on her security detail at various hours of the day and night. They were caught on a security camera coming and going together and separately. She was not "working" during those times and no other members of her security ever entered the apartment.
Officer Vappie, meanwhile, was billing the NOPD for that time during which it appears he obviously was not actually working. The story aired this week and his wife filed for divorce on the 10th.

I’m sure it was slated to be an after she’s out of office filing, and hope the topic stays out of public eye. It did take quite some time to hit the radar. She’s been out of the house a long time prior to all this.
