In the market and know nothing about them other than their good qualities. Any info would be greatly appreciated such as where to buy, how much to pay, ease to breed, etc...

Got one from Huntington Farms. Awesome dog until we realized they actually sold us a pit bull that eventually ate my neighbor’s face off.

ETA: nah, we actually do have a golden doodle and he’s awesome. Great family dog.

They’re amazing dogs. Hard to go wrong. Their biggest issue seems to be a high prevalence of food allergies

I have one, he’s the fricking man. Smart, athletic, and the nicest animal you’d ever meet. 80 lbs of mans best friend.

He’s got straighter hair than most and looks like a big sheep dog/Wheaton terrier.

Let’s our 1 year old tank on his face and tail and doesn’t flinch. Protects him if “strangers” are at the house too by herding him into a corner and body shielding him. It’s hilarious

He is so smart it’s amazing. I swear one day he’s going to just respond in English

ETA:

We got him from a golden doodle rescue as a pup. He’s now 8.

True.

Let me rephrase: go get a vastly cheaper mutt.

Can't argue against this.

Not saying they aren't good dogs, but it is definitely a trend.

My brother got one as a puppy. Did not properly train him. Now he’s a big puppy that they are having issues with handling now that they have a baby

Is also very territorial and goes after my saint of a dog when we are at his house or my parents house.

Maybe with proper training? But this one has turned me against them. Hyper as hell too.
