Ignore the toxic responses. You know what you’ve done. You recognize the magnitude of your actions.
Yove taken the first steps in the process of reconciling your marriage, if possible.
I hope you are both believers.
I’ve said this before in these types of posts, but I’ve seen first hand people that have done significantly worst things than you find reconciliation in their marriages.

The other less fortunate reality is we are not relieved of the earthly consequences of our actions.
I will say a prayer for you and your family, that you can find their forgiveness, forgive yourself, and that God can restore your family. I will also pray for the other party involved. It sounds like she will be going through her own world of turmoil.
What happens from now is what you need to focus on, not what has happened that you cannot change.
