Geography only does so much for them.
Kind of like Louisiana has a ton of business but a lot is tied to being at the mouth of the Mississippi, which means we have a large number of imports and exports coming through the state simply due to position.

i dont know where the downvotes are coming from. literally everyone from CA is moving to williamson county and it was BRIGHT RED but no longer
