Why didn't Oswald take the much easier shot when the motorcade was coming directly toward him, unless he expected crossfire from the grassy knoll?

Shirley you can’t be serious. As the motorcade approaches, Oswald’s target area is virtually nonexistent with Connally and the passenger seat agent obstructing until the limousine makes the turn under the window. Even when Kennedy comes in full view to Oswald, the shot is damn near straight down on a moving target. Oswald then has no obstruction of Kennedy’s upper back and head and tracks a slowly moving target heading in a relatively straight line away from the perch - a much easier shot.

Seeing Dealey in person and looking down from the window below Oswald’s perch, I was surprised at how small the area really is. I’ve always been in the Oswald-alone camp but seeing how much easier the shots look in person eliminated any shred of doubt for me.

No idea who did the shooting or how many. What is clear is that the shot that hit JFK in the upper back and exited his throat came from the back. The kill shot, the head shot, clearly came from his front.

#3 The physical evidence overwhelmingly shows that all shots came from the 6th floor of the book depository. The infamous "magic bullet" presupposes that Kennedy and Connelly were seated on a level plane, but in reality we know that model Lincoln had a front seat that was sunken around 13 inches below the rear seat. When corrected the trajectory shows Lee Harvey Oswald was the only one who could have fired that shot.
Unfortunately, even that is questionable.

You reference the Limo seating and trajectory.
Here is a frame taken by Tina Towner about 5 seconds before the first shot.
You can see the trajectory required to simultaneously wound JFK and Connally.

(*Note: There is no question the two were hit simultaneously. As the bullet hit Connally, it was tumbling after striking JFK. It entered Connally's back more or less sideways creating a distinctively elongated wound.)

In the picture below, red circles highlight two markers on Elm Street where JFK was hit. The arrow indicates trajectory of the first shot you are referring to.

#1 If you believe in a conspiracy then you believe that Ruth Payne was involved. She had to be since she was Oswald's connection to get a job at the Book Depository. You also must believe that Roy Truly,

Not true...all that had to happen was Oswald apply...the truth is, we don't know if he had applications in other spots around Dallas...

Jack Ruby, running late as it is, decided to risk missing Oswald all together when he stopped off at Western Union to wire one of his employee $25

If he knee he was going to jail, he's better get her the money or she wouldnt...Ruby said they'd never let us know, and pinned Johnson the whole thing

You'd also have to believe that Oswald himself was involved in his own end as the only reason he hadn't been transported long before Ruby arrived at the police station was because he asked for a change of clothes.

My biggest sticking point was that I always believed that the head shot had to have come from the front but I watched a very convincing breakdown a few years back that won me over to it being fired from the rear.

I'll say this for Oswald, if he did it himself, which I'm now of the opinion is the likely scenario at least in respect to the shooting itself, that boy was a talented shooter.

I subscribe to the no-conspiracy story, but I do think it was a matter of time until somebody else the Kennedys pissed off did it themselves. The one thing that sticks with me is that Oswald didn’t own it after being captured. If you’re going to be nuts enough to do what he did, own that shite, pussy.

#1 and #2 are totally irrational statements disguised as though they are somehow intelligent conclusions. Read them, think about them logically.
#3 is challenged by a helluva lot of first hand witnesses. A helluva lot of them died under very strange circumstances, my favorite being self defenestration through a closed window....

If calm, the shots from the BD are easy shots for anyone with decent rifle skills. But, how do you shoot the front windshield from in front of the vehicle, not the rear?

Posner never addresses how the guy who couldn't kill General Edwin Walker on a much easier shot with the same weapon all of sudden became good enough with the weapon to hit Kennedy twice.

Why didn't Oswald claim responsibility for pullling off the greatest crime ever? He was a political activist, right? Why did he not brag about it? Why deny it?

Can anyone here explain this? Doesn’t make sense. A Soviet guy, hated JFK, pulls off the biggest crime ever and denies it. Doesn’t make sense. He also gets busted shooting the officer, the gig was up. Why continue to deny it? One would think he would brag about it and say the worlds worst president was dead because of him, right??

I'm curious as to how you alone were able to go through all 250+gb's documents in less than 24 hours from release through your OP to come to your conclusion.
