It depends. If they are like World War Z (the book) , I could make it

The older you get the more the fight just seems to leave you. I'm not saying wouldn't fight but depending on what i'm fighting might just save a bullet for myself if too bad.

I'd put up a fight, but it's more likely the elements take me out than a zombie. I'd catch a cold then die of pneumonia pretty quickly without drugs if it was remotely close to spring or winter. Slightly higher chance or a grisly zombie death in the summer though.

its according to how massive the initial wave was. I'd like to think I could make it long enough with what ammo i have on hand to get to Walmart to restock on 12 gauge shells and .308...I have access to an island if i can make it to Weiss lake

Fight as best I could, but at my age that might not last long.

If you can get to a boat and in deep water you’re home free.

I can’t remember to lock up. Hell the other day I went to the shop to put my tools up and put my impact driver in the fridge.

Ain’t no way I’m vigilant enough to fend off zombies. Nope. Brown liquor and bacon until they cone for me.

For sure. If you remember the original "The Thing," the guys that escaped reasoned that just going to sleep in Antarctica would be safer than possibly being rescued while being infected. Dying of hypothermia has to be one of the easiest ways to go, but as long as there is a bayonet on my rifle, I'm good until I get closed in. But remember, anything you do can get you killed, including doing nothing.

It would suck to be anchored 100 yards off shore, out of gas and looking at mobs of zombies on the beach.
