Let's be honest: if you're already a good looking dude a decent beard isn't going to make that worse, nor is long hair.

Likewise, if you're fugly as sin, a smooth shave and crew cut aren't going to solve those problems.

No one has long hair at my office. A few have well groomed beards.

My old job did. My current one (same industry) doesn't care as long as you keep it neat and presentable in front of clients.
