For the past month I have kept my carb intake to 10g-15g per day. I've also have been able to keep my calorie intake to 1000-1500 per day accordingly. I've increase my cardio to 3 two mile walks per day which burns about 1000 calories itself. By doing this can I increase my carb intake to 50g - 75g and still lose 2-3 pounds a week? I'm having burger withdrawls

ETA: I meant per week. Apologies

How big a baw are you? To lose weight that rapidly you'd have to be pushing four bills.

Why decrease your cal intake? You are probably not getting enough food. Buy some walnuts and crush those all day. Intergrate more fat asap. If you decrease crabs/sugar AND fat, you will crash.

Go to Company Burger. Order the double, no bun, add egg and bacon. Profit.

You only eat 1000-1500 cals per day? How do you have energy to work out?

Also, if you are craving carbs, eat a sweet potato or sweet potato fries. Perfectly fine.

I honestly don't know In addition to walking the six miles I also do 100 sledgehammer swings in the morning and evening, 40 kettle bell swing in the morning, 100 kettle bell swings at night, 20 kettle bell squats in the morning and 100 at night

If you must, just take the top bun off and eat the rest with a fork. Nothing wrong with a smart cheat every now and then.

You and I must be wired the same. I'm on the same calories/day plan, I just do more cardio.

Honestly not hard to do. Just takes some discipline. I chew gum or drink water or allow myself to indulge in a piece of fruit to take the edge off in the middle of the day. Protein drink in the morning after my workouts, 350-400 calorie lunch, then carbs at dinner (no food unless it's between noon and 8pm).

Gotta build in some cheat/rest days, though, or you'll burn out, of course.

As another poster said, just take the buns off the burger.

You may not be eating enough calories. Since you've just started the diet, consider ceasing working out for the time being. The diet itself should be enough to carve 90% of the extra weight. Kick in weight and cardio when you inevitably pleateau toward the last leg of your weight loss.

Stick to the plan for now: >20g/day. Wait until you've mastered the diet for a year or two before you start getting complex with it.

List what food/meals you currently eat. There may be some hidden culprits you're not aware of. It takes a little while to learn which food/ingredients can be silently detrimental.

Learn what your cravings are really telling your body it wants.

And if you absolutely need an alternative to bread on your low carb diet, just Google keto bread. Easy, tasty and should be in your diet.

It was a beautiful diet plan before I added in the workouts.

Breakfast: 2 pieces of turkey sausage
Lunch: two lettuce wraps
Dinner: grilled fish with broccoli and cheese

You are not eating enough. You cant substain this diet/exercise long term. The moment you stop you will add weight back faster than you lost it. If you are doing this for a beach trip or something then cool, itl work short term. But you cant substain at this rate.

That poster is at least partially bullshite.

Carbs can very much be your friend and eating more fricking chicken isn't going to cure a carb craving

Looks sensible enough (unless you're adding extras/ingredients that you shouldn't).

How much weight do you have to lose?
