I'd try to find a better workout than walking. What about some interval training? Hell just sprint 40 yards every minute of your walk

Nothing wrong with walking. It's just the most time consuming.

I like loaded carries and prowlers.

I'm telling you, you can eat one seven days a week and still reach your goals. Just no bun.

I eat ice cream, brownies, cookies, cake. I just make it my self without all the bad shite.

You do realize there is a recipe for everything that doesn't require you to load it with carbs and sugar.

I had sushi for lunch today. Last night I had smoked brisket. I'm living life and look better than I did when I was 18.

idk but I can tell you my plan:

Wake Up
Fasted Cardio = CVX

Breakfast: 4 eggs / 2 slices of toast / coconut oil = 540 cal

32g protein / 30g carb / forgot the fat count off the top of my head

Lunch: Turkey Sandwich / 13 Almonds / Greek Yogurt = 430 calories

21g protein / 28g carb

Edit: Forgot my Weight Training workout here

Dinner: Ton of Baby Spinach & 3 Fillet of Grilled Fish = 320 cal

63g protein / 0g carb

Total: 1290 calories

116g Protein / 58g carb

Gives me room to either have another pack of almonds or greek yogurt if im feeling hungry but I drink a shite ton of water.

I am more than likely going to switch to Chicken and Spinach for lunch.

I just don't think it's that hard. The only two things that sucked at first was no cereal and no milk. But good thing I love coconuts, I just drink coconut milk.

Hardees sells a low carb burger. Instead of a bun that wrap the burger in lettuce so you can at least hold it like a burger. It's not bad at all.

Oh my bad, the French cut green beans I had are 4gs per cup.

Want a good snack? Go to the grocery and look for the blue diamond almonds. They have all sorts of flavors. Read the back, pick ones with low carbs. The chocolate powder coated ones are great and not bad for you.

People don't just get fat over night. The problem with all of those sweet substitutes is that you're playing with snakes, and eventually you're going to get bit and work your way back to bad habits.

Better to eliminate that sweet tooth from your life once and for all.

A lot of people also replace sugar with no calorie sweetener. Yes they can help some, but ultimately they are still bad for you.

I'm just letting people know you can have all that stuff. They see oh 15g of carbs, no way anyone can do that and be happy. It's just bullshite.

Keto has worked for me better than anything else I've tried. Never been a big on these diets. But at my age I don't have to constantly do damage to my knees and joints trying to do a shite load of cardio every week to keep my weight down.

Maybe you're not counting your calories properly because that's way too small of intake especially given all the exercise you claim to do.
