Learn to enhance yourself on your own and not wait on some external force or stimulant. Enjoy being your “self” and understand what a great gift of consciousness you have been given.

By the way, reading a good novel is one of the most enjoyable pleasures there is because you can literally cast the story in your mind and breathe life into it.
