A van is a cargo vehicle. You know what else is a cargo vehicle? The Millennium Falcon. So I am essentially Han Solo when we road trip. Or at least that is what I tell myself so I can sleep at night.

Never understood tOutrage over a freaking cat.

Cats take care of pests and they can fend for themselves without begging for my food or staring at me while I eat.

Dogs can be great, but more often than not they are weak.

I'm reading this with my black cat curled between my legs. I found her walking on the shoulder of I-10 when she was about 6 weeks old 4 years ago. Best cat I've ever had. You did the right thing.

WTF? My parents don't live in New York city. They live in backwoods north Louisiana with one neighbor within a mile.

Speaking of cat's, anyone have a Maine Coon? I've never been big on cats but these big ole bastards seem legit.

I have 2 cats that I never wanted. The litter box is a pain in the arse, they frick with everything (Bengal cats, allergy free and don't shed at all, but they're wild af), they're noisy in the middle of the night, I have to be careful not to let them out every time I walk in or out of my house, and they will never give a shite about me like my dog does.

That being said I would kill for those little shits.

Minivans are far superior to SUVs when you have kids

That being said I would never buy one.

this is actually the perfect time for you to add a pet to the family as there is a poster here that offers free pet sitting services. All you have to do is ask his wife

not a bad deal at all

Good for you.

We have a tuxedo stray that adopted us 10+ years ago the same way. Chillest cat on the planet. Her 9 year old coal black daughter? That's another story (sweet as she can be, but skittish as hell).

I had a flat tire where 385 and 240 come together in Memphis and saw what I thought was a rat dodging traffic at 70 mph. Turned out to be a 4 week old kitten that I took home to give away and is still there 18 months later. My sister had cats growing up, but this one is awesome. We used to get rats in the attic during the winter, and I haven't had to put out a trap since we got her. She plays and gets along great with the dogs, but every 2-3 weeks the dogs will freak the frick out chasing her around the house like "oh shite, there's a cat in here!!"

So you stole the neighbors cat? The neighbors husband probably thanks you.

Maine Coon and Norwegian Forest Cat are two of the largest breeds out there. They won't qualify as lap cats even for a morbidly obese person.

My full-blooded Persian (appropriately named Puff Daddy--that was his name when my SO and I adopted him) may give you a run for that.

He's so chill that he's our unofficial mascot for my team at work (appropriately named Team PDC--Puff Daddy Chill).

How You Can Tell Your Dog Is Stupid

Call him/her over, pet him/her on the head, and say "you're such a stupid dog, yes you are!" Dog will look at you and think "my master loves me!"

How You Can Tell Your Cat Is Smart

Go to him/her, give him/her a rub on the head. Cat will look at you and think "about time the staff did its job!"
