I love hot sauce and obviously depending on the food I choose the brand and heat it offers. I like Tabasco and the Louisiana and Crystal brands but obviously in the heat department Tabasco >>> Crystal/ Louisiana. Need some new ideas and another go to that settles somewhere in between that grouping above as far as the zip it brings. There are so many types on the market shelf advice and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Tiger Sauce is a little sweeter but is awesome on some things like red beans and chicken and dumplings. It still has some spice obviously

We keep tiger sauce, sriracha, Louisiana hot sauce, crystal, Tony’s, and best stop seasoning always.

I love trying hot sauces and meat rubs - my wife banned me from getting any more for a while

I picked this up on a whim a few months ago. Has a great kick but also a good flavor (something a lot of hotter sauces fail at).

My cabinets are full of them too. I like my food a little more spicy than my wife or daughter so I usually like to add a little bit of flavor to mine.

Tiger sauce is fricking made for fish tacos.

Simple.

Blackened fish using redfish magic
Cilantro
Slaw made with sour cream and tiger sauce
Avocado
Squeeze of lime
Add more tiger sauce
