100%. I can't stand that vile vinegar smell of regular Tabasco.

Tabasco Chipotle is good though.

That one is ridiculously hot. The reaper is better for just flavor.

I was a lifetime Louisiana/Crystal person until about a month ago I needed a bottle and didn’t feel like running in Albertsons/Walmart.

So I flew in the dollar tree and grabbed a bottle of this real quick.

It goes DAMN well with fried chicken.

I mix it with regular buffalo sauce to make a super hot one. If you eat it plain, it's fire, but if you can tame the heat just a bit, it tastes really good.

Louisiana's habanero flavor is excellent. Not sure it's any milder than Tabasco, though.

We did a taste test of all the major hot sauces a few years ago and Tapatio won in a landslide.

For Mexican hot sauces, El Yucateco has the best quality across the board. Their green is good too.

Tapatio is the cheap, more universal Mexican hot sauce.

Secret Aardvark Habanero is a good one if you want more of a mustard base.

For more traditional hot sauces, Crystal really is as good as I've found. If you want hotter, cool, but it tends to destroy the taste if it's much hotter.

whomever is the marketing person circa 2001 is a genious. that shite is made overseas but they put up billboards in baton rouge advertising it.

hardly anyone used it beforehand, and then you couldnt find it in the shelf in any store because people thought it was associated with lsu.

My grandfather put Tiger sauce on everything when I was a kid so it's been around long before that.

Pro tip:

Enjoy them all.

There's damn near a different hot sauce to enjoy with every good meal.

Just ordered it in a three pack that also comes with their jerk sauce and black bean sauce.
