This wasn't a case of mistaken a cellphone for a gun, a wallet for a weapon, or a fake gun for a real one. This was at the very least gross negligence. However a police officer should know what can kill a human being and what is restraining one.

Have you read the medical examiner’s report yet?
You should
And no I’m not going to give you a summary

We all know that guy would've eventually committed more crimes and ended up in prison.

I'm not so internet savy so, if you could link a source that would be greatly appreciated.

Both.
Looks like one shite head killed another one and in this instance the killer gets what he deserves.

Looked like 2nd degree murder to me

pretty sure hes was charged with 3rd degree. Which is what this actually looks like.

Third-degree murder in Minnesota involves killing another person without premeditation and intent, through inherently dangerous acts, and with no regard for human life

What anyone with this thought seems to not grasp is that you can’t convict a person for 1st degree murder based off emotion.
What was done does not fit the charge of 1st degree murder.
What was done does not fit the charge of 1st degree murder.

I’m just glad you’re not emperor of the world as it sounds like you make you’re decisions based solely on emotions and not based on accepted and codified law

Yeah, you’re probably right. Proving intent would be pretty difficult, but who knows with this one

Burn down your house in protest. That should teach them!!!

I'm MAGA. I am pro life. However if the most this cop can receive is 12 years (which is what I'm hearing on MSM) that is ridiculous. From what I've seen so far that officer deserves life in prison or the death penalty
. As for the other 3 officers I'm just not sure. Not enough facts are out.
First, it is 25.
Second, the Somali who killed the Aussie lady got 12.5

Congratulations. You've jumped to conclusions like the rest of the fricktards out there. Coroner report came back as non aphyxiation. Guy died from heart condition and intoxicants in his system. You still want to crucify the cop before all the facts come out?
Disclaimer: This is not supporting the cops. This is simply saying that we should wait for the facts to come out because if we dont, one day, you could get charged with murder for trying to stop someone from committing a crime against your loved ones.
